![]() He went to let a sales person know I was there. There was a young man who immediately pulled my bike out so I could really see her, he also told me how to make sure the kick stand was solid, I was obviously unfamiliar with these types of bikes and appreciated the info. My experience visiting the Chopper Gallery was completely different from the moment I walked in from any other place I had visited in my chopper search. Once I saw my bike in a Cycle Trader where Chopper Gallery had an ad for her I knew it was the one, once I visited Chopper Gallery I knew that was the place for me. I always had sport bikes before and the more I learned about buying a chopper the more I realized it was important to find the right bike from a legit source. I had been thinking about buying a chopper for 2 years. "I had a fantastic experience buying my chopper at Chopper Gallery. I now own a 48 Sporty and it fits me perfect. They were all so helpful and NICE! They took their time with me and I actually felt like they knew what I was looking for and that they would find it for me. As I was driving back from picking up a rescue donkey, I saw them from the freeway. ![]() In my younger years, I rode the choppers. Knowing better, I always walked away thinking I was never going to get what I was looking for. I was told by a few Harley shops that every bike I looked at was great for me. Sportys were never an option for me and whenever I took the small amount of time to look for a M.C. ![]() The small tight turns were a lot of work. I wanted a smaller bike to run errands with. I had to do at least 40 push-ups before riding. I had a Custom Deluxe Classic that I loved but being 5'1 and 105 lbs, every time I went to ride it, I felt like I was getting on an unbroken horse. I rescue and take care of horses and barely have the time for lunch or anything for that matter. I have to say I don't usually write anything about a business because of my busy life style. I wont go anywhere else."First I want to thank all of you that helped me. Bottom line is that the chopper gallery is full of respectfull class act people who seem to sincerely enjoy their jobs. Your pricing is fair, and accurate based on the market and the financing process was really easy. Even with a harley dealer right down the street, theres no reason to pass you guys up. If you guys keep running the business the way it's going now, you guys are going to be around a long time. I appreciate and respect your support for our millitary and marine corps riders. I will be refering anyone who asks where to get a bike, parts or service to the gallery. Everyone Ive had contact with at the gallery has been just a down to earth cool person. Mitch was understanding and worked with me through it and in the end I was able to get the bike I wanted a few weeks after the dust settled. In the middle of the deal I had a family issue that put me in a holding pattern on the purchase. Mitch went out of his way to work with me. Mitch was my salesperson and was easy to work with, no pressure what so ever on making the deal. "You guys went above and beyond any expectations I had going in. Overall, my Chopper Gallery experience was FATASTIC!! I recommend making a purchase at the Chopper Gallery any day of the week! Thanks to such a phenomenal crew!!" Kraig, the owner, took the time to speak to me personally about the history of the bike, its previous owner, and the perks of owning a Road King. Overall, the signing process took about 20 minutes! Kudos Kristi!! Jeff, the accessory sales representative, is super friendly and eager to help. She worked diligently to have the paperwork completed as quickly as possible because there is nothing worse than waiting for hours to complete a sale. I couldn't have hoped for a better salesman and nicer guy! Kristi in finance was fantastic. Mitch went out of his way to make my wife and kids feel welcome in the Chopper Gallery and included in such a big decision. Mitch was very easy to talk to and was never pushy. Mitch is far too nice to be a salesman, but that's what makes him such a great salesman. Mitch answered all of my questions, went over every aspect of the bike, and made sure I was completely confident in the purchase. ![]() Mitch went out of his way to make sure that I was completely happy about my selection. "Wow! What can I say? Mitch was the best salesman I've ever had the privilege of meeting/working with.
